Only registered members with a key fob and a membership in good standing will be allowed in the facility outside of staffed hours.

There is a Panic Button that can be accessed at all times in the event of an emergency.

Key Fob FAQs

I lost my key fob/My current key fob is not working. What should I do?

Reach out to a member of the management team ASAP and they will help you obtain a replacement key, for a small fee.  A defective access key could mean a number of things; billing problems, issue with the door etc.  The management team will help you find a solution.

Does Gravity allow guests? What is your visitor policy?

We do allow guests if you would like to bring a friend to observe. Our guest policy requires that visitors come in during staffed hours after coordinating with a member of staff. Each guest is required to sign in.  For potential members wanting to try a class, please arrange directly with a member of staff.

What is your policy on children? Can I bring my child when I workout?

We do not offer child care or day care.  Our insurance does not cover children under 12 years of age.  Any minors on premise must be registered in our youth program and can only attend during supervised youth classes.  It is not possible for children to be present with their parent while working out outside of staffed hours.
