Classes & Workshops

Community Class

Friday evenings 6pm.

Everyone welcome to this complimentary session.  

Each week you can engage in a  complimentary, open to the public class.  We offer variety at Gravity so the sessions will vary each week.  You can expect to engage in a workout that comprises one or more of the following modalities:

  • Powerlifting/Weight Training

  • High-Intensity Interval Training

  • Studio Rowing

  • Calisthenics (Bodyweight Training)

  • Yoga

  • Kettlebells

  • Animal Flow

  • Stick Mobility

  • SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness)

  • Spartan Circuit

We generally run at least two workshops/clinics per

month.  These represent an opportunity to:

  • Try something new

  • Learn proper form, technique, movement patterns, habits and more

  • Engage in clinics or Physio led workshops that target pain relief, injury prevention and more

  • Experience specialist modalities that no-one else offers in BC!

  • Benefit from seasoned and qualified practitioners / health or other professionals to improve your overall health and wellness
