Welcome Jenaya to Gravity!

We are thrilled to welcome Jenaya to the Gravity Team.  From just over 120 applications, we selected Jenaya to join us.  Why?  Read her bio to find out more (and having engaged in her sprint training program on track, her national level athlete caliber truly comes through when you train with her - amazing experience!)


Jenaya is a passionate personal trainer that beat over 120 applicants to join our team. She has a lifelong athletic background and deep love for fitness, health, nutrition, rest & recovery. A national level track and field athlete (sprinting), Jenaya brings a high caliber of knowledge and training toolkit to bear in areas including speed, agility, quickness (SAQ), strength & conditioning, mobility and flexibility training. Jenaya also brings first hand experience overcoming athletic challenges and set backs.

Her philosophy revolves around the mind-body connection and empowering clients to win! A strong believer in mindfulness and incorporating things like breath work into training to establish mind-body connectedness.
