Animal Flow is designed to improve how the body sequences motion. These sessions are for you if you'd like to explore how to use your own body (no equipment is used), feel better, improvement strength, flexibility, mobility, build endurance and move more fluidly.
Animal Flow includes a range of movements and combinations that are grouped into categories we call the “Six Components.” Each Component is designed to elicit specific results. The Six Components can be mixed and matched in many ways, allowing you to incorporate one, some, or all of them in your workouts.
Rowing is one of the best total body workouts available. Rowing uses over 85% of the muscles in your body and burns more calories per minute than cycling (spin), running or swimming. Rowing offers a unique combination of cardiovascular conditioning and strength training in one workout. Rowing torches calories and results in huge fitness gains.
