Intro to Stick Mobility
Stick Mobility is a training system that improves your mobility, stability and strength
Stick Mobility combines joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching to reduce the risk of injury, speed recovery from strength and / or conditioning training and increase athletic performance. Anyone can engage in this activity (all skill, fitness and experience levels) and yield the plethora of benefits.

Intro to Calisthenics
Suitable for all fitness and experience levels, this program is designed to teach the fundamental movement principles of strength training using your own bodyweight
Calisthenics is a form of physical training focused on teaching you to master your own bodyweight using minimal equipment. The word comes from the Greek, Kalli ('Beautiful') and Sthenos ('Strength’).

Intro to Rowing
Rowing combines the benefits of strength and cardiorespiratory exercise to maximize your workout time. Strengthen your core, improve posture, build muscle and burn calories to improve body composition. And don't forget improving both cardio and respiratory function - there is no better training modality on the planet than rowing for that. Try this joint friendly modality today and experience the immediate benefits for yourself!

Intro to Olympic Weightlifting
The Intro to Weightlifting program is designed to teach the fundamental skills/technique of the two Olympic lifts - the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. Weightlifting is one of the best ways to increase muscle power and strength. At Gravity, we do engage in these exercises but its a small part of an overall strength and power building program. We focus on activation and mobility drills, main compound lifts that provide a full body workout and 'accessory' exercises (e.g. snatch balances, push jerks, push presses to address positional awareness and timing, toes-to-bar, pull ups, bicep curls, reverse hyper-extensions and more) that round out a complete strength program.

Intro to Powerlifting
This program is designed to teach the key skills/technique of strength training using weights.
It is important to note this program is suitable for all fitness and experience levels.
