Includes unlimited Instructor led, 60 minute classes per week, program design and periodic personal training sessions to ensure progress to plan.
We follow the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model for our youth athletes and focus on all the elements of fitness to enable lifestyle or sports performance. Our programs are focused primarily on calisthenics trainingto facilitate strength and correct movement foundations. Other training modalities (Resistance Training, HIIT/HICT, Boxing, Rowing etc.) can be incorporated dependent upon individual goals.
