A one-to-one introduction to Personal Training for those just looking for a single session, not sure what Personal Training is, just wanting to try or those looking for specific coaching on a single discipline (e.g. Calisthenics, Rowing etc.). This sessions can also be used to conduct a number of fitness baseline tests (e.g. VO2 Max and RMR Assessment).

We only employ well qualified and certified coaches. If you are not happy with your session then we will not charge you.
