A one-to-one introduction to Personal Training for those just looking for a single session, not sure what Personal Training is, just wanting to try or those looking for specific coaching on a single discipline (e.g. Calisthenics, Rowing etc.).  This sessions can also be used to conduct movement screens or a number of fitness baseline tests (e.g. VO2 Max and RMR Assessment).
