M-W-F commening Wednesday 6 Janaury 2021 and ending Friday 26 March 2021. Build strength and master your own bodyweigth with calisthenics.  Participants will be expected to perform a pull up and handstand by the end of the program.  There will also be opportunity to improve conditioning via circuit, kettlebell, rowing and other activities.  Some training sessions will be outside as appropriate.
