18 week program. Sunday's 9am, Heritage Secondary School Track. Comprises dynamic warm-up, activiations, general and specific sprint drills, interval training and detailed technique guidance. Attendees will receive the full course program inlcuding the strength and power centric weight training components that you can do from home or at Gravity (via membership, personal or small group training). For the last 2 years, the summer spritn training series has been our most popular program.
