1.1 CLASS PASSES:
DEFER AND TRANSFER POLICY
Class Passes are valid for 6 months. Gravity Laboratory seeks to maximize your participation and value for money. Extenuating circumstances may prevent you leveraging your class passes. We appreciate unforeseen things can happen. We will gladly defer expiry dates for class passes in the following situation:
(i) For medical reasons, we may agree to extend the expiry date upon submission of appropriate documentation and satisfaction of certain conditions. This includes pregnancy and/or injury that prevent the recipient from participating in exercise. Documentation will be reviewed by a member of the senior management team.
Class passes are non-transferable.
HOLD AND TRANSFER POLICY
Gravity Laboratory seeks to maximize your participation and value for money. Extenuating circumstances may prevent you utilizing your membership package. We appreciate unforeseen things can happen. We will gladly hold your monthly dues in the following situations:
(i) For medical reasons, we may agree to temporarily suspend monthly payments upon submission of appropriate documentation and satisfaction of certain conditions. This includes pregnancy and/or injury that prevent the recipient from participating in exercise.
(ii) Travel or work commitments that take you out of town. Members can exercise a one-time deferral of up to one calendar month at no cost.
(iii) Should you relocate out of Province, we can transfer your membership (to retain pricing/benefits included) or the cancellation policy will be invoked (see below).
RECURRING AUTO DUES
Recurring auto dues are charged on the same day every month reflecting the purchase date. For example, if you purchase your membership on the 1st of the month, your billing date will always be the 1st of the month. Payments are taken on an automatic basis. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a valid credit card is associated with their account to allow for recurring auto payment.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
All cancellations must be done in the facility with a senior member of staff. You must provide us with 30 days’ written notice of your intention to cancel. Cancellations are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
You are entering into a 6 or 12-month contract. You will be charged a total of 6 or 12 separate payments over the period purchased. Your contract will expire 6 months or one year from the purchase date.
If you maintain an account on this site, you are responsible for: (a) providing accurate and updated account information; (b) maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password; (c) and for restricting access to your computer/device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours prior to class start time. Any cancellations within 12 hours may result in a late cancel fee of $15 should we not be able to fill your spot. Cancellations take effect immediately both on the website and mobile application so others can book your cancelled spot immediately. No-shows [do not cancel and do not show up for class] may result in a fee of $20. Late cancel fees apply to ALL clients.
