The Therapeutic Aspect: Embracing the Power of Therapeutic Flying

In addition to the dynamic movement and connection, this workshop introduces you to the transformative practice of therapeutic flying.  This practice is a form of Thai massage that transcends traditional movement, offering a therapeutic experience that combines the lightness of aerial maneuvers with the benefits of massage.  As one partner is gently lifted off the ground by the other, a sense of weightlessness and relaxation is achieved, promoting physical and emotional healing. This aerial dance represents a journey of trust and release, where tension is alleviated and tranquility is embraced.  In these moments of gentle flight, you'll discover a unique space where body and mind can rejuvenate, creating a deeply restorative experience.
