Move With Strength, Mobility, and Control.
Animal Flow is a ground-based movement practice that blends elements of strength training, mobility, and flow to create workouts that are challenging, fun, and unlike anything you’ve tried before.
Gravity has a roster of L1 and L2 certified instructors and are the Regional Leaders for Wester Canada. We focus on teaching you the fundamentals first, then building sequences that help you feel fluid, strong, and coordinated.
