Explore Movement Training at Gravity Laboratory: A Journey of Connection and Strength

Discover the Art of Movement with a Twist!

Welcome to "Explore Movement Training" at Gravity Laboratory – a unique workshop where fitness meets collaboration, and strength intertwines with trust. This program is designed for those curious about blending elements of yoga with bodyweight (calisthenics) strength, mobility and flexibility training and general movement in a duo format.  Here, it's all about exploring new ways to move and connect, in a fun, supportive environment.

Why Join this Movement Training workshop?

  • Accessibility: Whether you're a yoga enthusiast, a fitness buff, or someone just looking to try something new, this workshop is tailored for all skill levels. Forget the intimidation; it's about exploration and enjoyment.

  • Build Connections: This isn't just about physical movement; it's about building trust and communication with your partner. You'll learn how to work together, support each other, and progress in unison.

  • Holistic Benefits: Experience the combined benefits of strength-building, flexibility, and balance, enhanced with the unique aspect of partner dynamics. It's fitness with a twist of fun and camaraderie.

  • Expert Guidance: Our skilled instructors will guide and spot you through each movement, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. They're not just teachers; they're facilitators of a shared journey.

The Therapeutic Aspect: Embracing the Power of Therapeutic Flying

In addition to the dynamic movement and connection, this workshop introduces you to the transformative practice of therapeutic flying.  This practice is a form of Thai massage that transcends traditional movement, offering a therapeutic experience that combines the lightness of aerial maneuvers with the benefits of massage.  As one partner is gently lifted off the ground by the other, a sense of weightlessness and relaxation is achieved, promoting physical and emotional healing. This aerial dance represents a journey of trust and release, where tension is alleviated and tranquility is embraced.  In these moments of gentle flight, you'll discover a unique space where body and mind can rejuvenate, creating a deeply restorative experience.
