1.0 Membership - Terms & Conditions
You are entering into a 12-month contract that has a minimum three-month commitment.
You will be charged a total of 26 separate payments (Bi-Weekly) over the period purchased unless you cancel your membership before this term (see section 1.2 below).
Your contract will expire after 12 months and a new 12-month agreement will need to be confirmed by you.
Memberships are non-transferable.
1.2 CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
All cancellations must be done in the facility with a senior member of staff. You must provide us with 30 days’ written notice of your intention to cancel. Cancellations are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. You are committing to a minimum of three months (13-weeks) membership at sign-up.
If you cancel your membership and want to rejoin at a subsequent date, you will only be able to secure the memberships available at the time of rejoining (legacy memberships / rates previously experienced will have lapsed permanently).
If you cancel your membership and want to rejoin within 6 months of the date of cancellation, an administration fee equivalent of 2 months membership (+ GST) will be applicable.

Gravity Laboratory seeks to maximize your participation and value for money while keeping costs reasonable. Extenuating circumstances may prevent you utilizing your membership package. We appreciate unforeseen things can happen. We will gladly hold your monthly dues in the following situations:
(i) For medical reasons, we may agree to temporarily suspend bi-weekly payments upon submission of appropriate documentation and satisfaction of certain conditions. This includes pregnancy and/or injury that prevent the recipient from participating in exercise.
(ii) Work commitments that take you out of town. Members can exercise a one-time deferral of up to four weeks at no cost in their 12-month term. Members still using the Gravity or Train Heroic applications for Personal Training or following a periodized program while working away will be required to maintain their dues.
(iii) Should you relocate out of Province, the cancellation policy should be invoked.
1.4 RECURRING AUTO DUES
Recurring auto dues are charged every two weeks from the date of sign-up and cover your dues for the following two-week period. Payments are taken on an automatic basis. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a valid credit card is associated with their account to allow for recurring auto payment.
If you maintain an account on this site, you are responsible for:
(i) providing accurate and updated account information;
(ii) maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password;
(iii) and for restricting access to your computer/device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3.0 CLASS, PERSONAL TRAINING, THERAPEUTIC SERVICES CANCELLATIONS
Membership comes with credits for coach led training sessions and unlimited independent training time. Your coach led sessions are booked by your instance of the Gravity app. Cancellations of these sessions are accepted up to 12 hours prior to the session start time.
Any cancellations within 12 hours will result in you forfeiting the session credit (Class, Personal Training, and/or Therapeutic Services). Cancellations take effect immediately so others on the 'wait list' are notified of the cancellation and can book your cancelled spot for classes or that session will reopen for those wanting to secure Personal Training, Physiotherapy or other therapeutic session accordingly.
No-shows [do not cancel and do not show up for a scheduled class] may result in a fee of $20 where other members on the wait list were not able to attend as you did not cancel and free up the space.
Late cancel fees apply to ALL clients.
