1. What shall I wear?
Normal athletic apparel - pants/shorts and top and training shoes. If interested in calisthenics, handstands, animal flow we tend to train is a) socks and or b) barefoot type shoes such as vivobarefoot.

2. Parking?
​We have a private car park at the rear with plenty of spaces. You can also park at the front of the building either in front of the garages to the right of the entrance and/or on street parking from 9:00am
​
3. Can I bring a Friend?
Of course :-)

4. What happens after my No Sweat Intro?
You will be encouraged to enroll in our On Ramp (8 x private coaching) and/or our Merge (2 private and 10 class) introductory packages. After those, you either subscribe to ongoing private coaching based on 1x, 2x, 3x etc. per week cadence and/or enroll in our standard month-to-month membership. For those doing private training and wanting 1 or 2 class add on per week, we can do that! For those on membership that want the occasion private session, we offer 30 mins skills sessions and standard 60 minute sessions that can be secured to suit.
