What is Prenatal Movement?

Prenatal Movement is a practice uniquely designed for expectant mothers. It focuses on gentle movements, breathwork, and relaxation techniques that are safe and beneficial during pregnancy. Our classes provide a nurturing environment where you can connect with your changing body and growing baby, easing discomforts of pregnancy while preparing both mind and body for childbirth.

Postnatal Movement: Reclaiming Strength and Serenity


What is Postnatal Movement?

Postnatal Movement is a thoughtful approach to help new mothers address the physical, mental and emotional challenges of being a new mother in addition to aiding recovery after pregnancy.  This practice focuses on rebuilding strength in the core and pelvic floor, relieving strain from childcare activities, and offering emotional support through community and mindfulness practices.


What to Expect in Class:


  • Postures to rebuild strength, particularly in the abdomen, back, and pelvic area

  • Stretching exercises to alleviate tension in the neck, shoulders, and back

  • Restorative practices to promote relaxation and mental well-being

  • Techniques to improve sleep quality and energy levels

  • A supportive community of new mothers sharing their journey
