STUDIO ETIQUETTE & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
To keep Gravity safe, professional, and welcoming for everyone, please follow these accepted standards for professional training facilities:
Arrive Ready & On Time
-
Please arrive on time for classes whenever possible.
-
Warm-ups are intentionally designed to improve performance and reduce injury risk.
-
Arriving late can also disrupt coaching flow and class progression for others.
-
Members arriving more than 5 minutes after class start time may be permitted to join at the coach’s discretion, depending on the session structure and safety considerations.
Return All Equipment
-
Dumbbells back in racks, numbers facing up so others can safely identify weight.
-
Heavier weights stored lower, lighter weights higher — standard safety protocol.
-
Barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, benches, and boxes returned to designated spots.
-
Leave the space as clean and orderly as you found it (or better).
Wipe Down Equipment
-
Clean rowers, handles, pads, and mats after each use.
-
Use provided spray and towels — sweat creates slip hazards and hygiene issues.
Respect Shared Space
-
Be aware of others training nearby.
-
Avoid “claiming” multiple stations at once during peak times.
-
Remember, scheduled classes have priority over equipment/space.
Food & Drink Guidelines
-
Water bottles are welcome throughout the facility.
-
Food and non-training beverages are best consumed off-site; however, if needed at Gravity, please use the seating area near the treatment rooms/cubbies only.
-
Please do not bring food, coffee, snacks, or other beverages onto the turf or training floor – keep them to the side of the room..
-
If bringing food or packaging from outside, please take all garbage and containers with you when leaving.
