4 Week Handstand Program [Beginner]

Service Description
Open to all ages/experience, our expert coach will teach you the basic principles and fundamental movements to gain the significant benefits of training handstands. From recreation, play, exercise, strength and movement training, this fun discipline has something for all not to mention several health benefits of being inverted. This course is for you if: - you are curious about this skill/practice and wanted to experience in a way you can determine if its for you - never done a handstand before (and perhaps are a bit fearful!) - are self taught and maybe have some basic handstand or hand balance ability but want to get a straight two-arm handstand/more smooth entry into the handstand etc. - like to have fun with a group of like-minded people. The program will run four Saturdays: 10:30am to 12 noon - from 27 January 2024. Each class will include thorough warm up, bodyline drills and form specific stretches/mobility techniques prior to engaging in Handstand specific exercises. You do not need to go upside down to get tremendous benefits from this program! And we have several supported ways to experience inversions so don't worry - we have you covered!
