Service Description

Course runs Monday and Wednesday 6pm. Possible make up sessions Sunday 8.30am. Come experience the ultimate in strength and cardiorespiratory fitness. Rowing helps to improve posture, strength and provides quite the metabolic workout. Don't worry, this isn't 60 minutes of rowing. We engage in some core and activation work between rowing intervals. Come experience the benefits of rowing.
