Start Strong — Build Strength, Energy, and Resilience to Begin Your Day

 

Join our morning program designed to kickstart your day with movement, strength, and focus. These sessions blend strength training, conditioning, and mobility work to leave you energized, resilient, and ready for what comes next.

 

Perfect for parents after school drop-off, flexible/remote professionals, and active retirees, the program is structured so you can attend daily, Monday through Friday, without risk of overtraining. Each day brings a fresh focus, ensuring variety, balanced progress, and lasting results.

 

Class Schedule Snapshot

Classes are Monday to Friday 9:00-10:00am

 

Mondays: Weighted Resistance Training (Lower Body) Focus: Squat, hinge, lunge patterns, carries.  Anchors the week with heavier strength work.

 

Tuesdays: Rowing (Conditioning & Power) - Focus: Full-body conditioning, aerobic/anaerobic capacity, explosive drive.  Energizes the week without overloading joints or muscles.

Wednesdays: Calisthenics (Upper Body & Skills) - Focus: Push/pull strength, core, scalable skill progressions. Bodyweight-based challenge balances Tuesday’s external loads.

 

Thursdays: Active Rehab & Recovery-Centric Strength - Focus: Mobility, stability, joint health, balance, corrective strength.  Restorative but still productive, allowing members to train every day.

 

Friday: Kettlebells (Flow + Power + Conditioning) - Focus: Ballistics (swings, cleans, snatches), complexes, flows, Turkish get-ups. High-energy finisher before the weekend - fun, powerful, metabolic.
