Service Description

Ongoing throughout the year - join any time! Choose from Monday 6pm, Tuesday 9.30am, Wednesday 6pm, Friday 9.30am or Sunday 8.30am sessions. Come experience the ultimate in strength and cardiorespiratory fitness. Rowing helps to improve posture, strength and provides quite the metabolic workout. Don't worry, this isn't 60 minutes of rowing. We engage in some core and activation work between rowing intervals. Come experience the benefits of rowing.
