Service Description

Our expert coach will teach you the basic principles and fundamental movements to gain the significant benefits of training handstands. From recreation, play, exercise, strength and movement training, this fun discipline has something for all not to mention several health benefits of being inverted. This course is for you if: - you are curious about this skill/practice and wanted to experience in a way you can determine if its for you - never done a handstand before - are self taught and maybe have some basic handstand or hand balance ability but want to get a straight two-arm handstand/more smooth entry into the handstand etc. The main program is Mon and Wed 6pm, but it may be possible to substitute one of those days for either Friday 6am or Saturday 9.30am classes if one of those main times doesn't suit your schedule. If you can already hold a straight, two-arm handstand for 30s or are doing tuck, straddle, pike handstands for reps, this course may not be optimal for you. Please enquire about our more intermediate handstand program options.
