Over the past 2 years, interest in, and the number of practitioners doing handstands has really taken off globally. For those unaware, handstand practice builds strength, endurance, body awareness and control, balance, coordination and more. Oh, and its a ton of fun and human connectedess. ​Join us for this complementary workshop where we will introduce you to the "Day 1" essential foundations of hand balancing from our LEVEL 1 SYLLABUS.
